This modest 3 bed 2 bath family home is split level with all living at ground level and bedrooms above.  It is clad with weathertex and aluminium windows to adhere to BAL fire rating.  Recycled hardwoods were selected for the single light/louvre window entry door unit, internal doors and floorboards.
