A weatherboard clad second storey was added to this brick home, giving the homeowner double the house with a new open plan kitchen, dining and living area.  The lower level of the home required major reconfiguration with the living spaces being relocated to the second storey.  New casement windows made in a traditional style with colonial bars were installed throughout and really give this house a charming look from inside and out. All timber windows and doors were skilfully made by Against the Grain Windows & Doors.
